WORK METHODOLOGY

The management we perform is thorough and constant, from the location of the debtor (if you do not know your current address), to the location of assets susceptible to being seized, if necessary to finalize the legal claim.

From the moment in which we are entrusted with the management of a portfolio of debtor clients, the management process would be summarized as follows:

  • Study and evaluation of the file.
  • Study of the data and information provided.
  • Expansion of data (if required). Commercial Report.
  • Distribution of the portfolio to each Manager.
  • Manager contact with debtor.
  • Comprehensive monitoring of the agreed agreement, in case of useful contact.
  • In case of unhelpful contact, the holder of the debt or participants in the contract would be located.
  • Personal visit if applicable.
  • If there is no commitment or payment agreement, a solvency report is drawn up in order to assess the suitability or not of a legal action.

COMMERCIAL INFORMATION (Specialized in DEBTORS)

In this section our activity is based on obtaining information of a commercial nature for strictly confidential use and commercial purposes. This commercial information serves as support to the Risk departments as well as to the legal departments of the entities in order to have an assessment of the assets and solvency situation of a client debtor in order to proceed in his case to the filing of a procedure judicial of claim of quantity or on the contrary to adopt the precautionary measures that are mandatory.

Our commercial reports tend to provide information on those assets subject to seizure whose ownership is in the name of the customer debtor.

The cost of these reports is valued individually.

LOCATION (Specialized in DEBTORS)

Our experience indicates that in a very high percentage of occasions, the main problem that arises is the physical location of the debtor or the representative of a debtor company.

This location is fundamental for two reasons:

  • In order to establish the last friendly management in your case.
  • In order to know the address in order to be able to request it in the case of a judicial proceeding. In this aspect of localization TRADINFORME S.L can guarantee a high degree of effectiveness.

The cost of such location reports is assessed individually.

DATA VALIDATIONS (Specialized in Requests for Credit Cards, Loans, Telephony, etc.)

We confirm to the greatest extent the data indicated by the petitioner in said request.

This validation can be done on all the data provided or desired by our client. As an example, these can be the name and surnames, address, N.I.F., current account and its operation, as well as the labor data.

When observing any difference in the information provided by the petitioner, being the same, but with some other data, even if partially, it will be warned in said validation, so that our client decides to subject it to an exhaustive analysis of his risk, accepting or denying his request , controlling in this way and in advance the technical unpaid, return of correspondence, spoofing, delinquency, fraud, etc.

MEANS

We are fully prepared for the transmission-reception of information online thanks to the computer application designed to meet the needs of our customers. In fact, for several years we have been using this communication system with several of the main financial and banking entities in the country, as well as via the Internet with first-class insurers.

Our application is able to process and locate the data properly, as well as to generate files with information of the managed files with simple and simple adaptations to the structures of our clients. There are numerous supported formats and we have different security certificates, firewall and encryption programs with which to protect the information transmitted.

DATABASES

The databases that we manage are only those that are assigned by our clients for the performance of our activity. Once the files have been collected or returned for any circumstances, all the information in those files is returned to the transferors or is destroyed.

All those public databases are also used to obtain commercial and financial information.

We do not have our own databases, neither automated nor structured, since the commercial reports that we make are unique and exclusive. There is only one original which is delivered to the petitioner, and all the information that has been collected for the preparation of said report is destroyed.

Salary: Fixed + Incentives

Working hours: Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (33 hours / week).
